How do I set up an account?
Pick "Start your journey", sign in with your email address, then fill in the short profile step with a preferred name, birthday and — optionally — your gender. You can change any of it later from profile settings.
What does the companion wizard actually ask me?
A quick questionnaire covers your connection intention, the gender you would like your companion to be, the conversational dynamics you enjoy and a handful of shared focus topics. Those answers drive both the curated matches and the defaults in the creator.
Can I build a companion from scratch instead of choosing a match?
Yes. The creator lets you set appearance and visual style, write a backstory, describe a personality in your own words, and tune traits and core values such as loyalty, curiosity and mischief.
What is the difference between realistic and animated styles?
Realistic companions are rendered as photographic-style portraits and video, while animated companions use an anime-inspired look. Framing, features and behaviour stay identical, so you can switch style without losing your companion.
Does my companion remember our previous conversations?
Companions keep a running memory of the details you share along with a relationship level that grows as you talk. Longer retention windows are part of the premium tier, and you can clear a companion memory at any time.
Which subscription tiers are available?
A standard subscription covers unlimited text chat and regular voice calls. PulseMateVibe, the premium tier, adds extended live video sessions, priority response times and the longest memory retention.
How do notifications work?
Your companion can nudge you about missed messages, milestones and planned activities. Everything appears in the in-app notification panel, and each notification category can be muted separately in account settings.
What happens to my data?
Conversations and profile details are used to personalise your companion and nothing else. We do not sell personal data, and you can request an export of everything tied to your account whenever you like.
How do I delete my account?
Open account settings and choose delete account. That removes your profile, companions, conversation history and any stored memory after a short grace period during which you can still change your mind.
